Tried before decanting. Very fruit forward with smooth finish. Blackberries and light peppery flavor. Balances out after decanting.

This wine is ok, but nowhere near as good as their straight Malbec. It's on the sweet side, which I can deal with on occasion, but too "grapey". Does have a lot of character, though.
