I remember this being a big oak-monster of a wine but it seems to have been shackled. Which is a shame because I put a lot of butter on my roast chicken.
Sweet apple and a touch of Malo creaminess on the nose. Fresh acidity and creamy palate, typical Chard. Good but pretty sensible

Dec 3rd, 2015Tuoksussa avautuu sitruunaa, mineraalia ja kevyttä paahteisuutta. Maku on kypsän sitruunainen, melko täyteläinen, mineraalinen ja maltillisen hapokas. Tammea ei juurikaan ole, joten suutuntuma on raikas. Viini jää maistumaan pitkäksi aikaa suuhun.
