It’s not bad! Flavor is good, and has a nice bite. Fairly dry and earthy, but plenty of fruit flavor. Just doesn’t taste like a 9+ wine …. Tasted 16 December 2022

Vinho com cor escura, vermelho intenso com a borda já começando a ter tons adobe. Lágrimas densas. Aroma de geleias e um frescor como de bosque e folhas, sem intensidade do álcool, dando a impressão de muito equilíbrio. Na boca não é doce, ao contrário do aroma. Sente-se seco com acidez acentuada, com tanino amaciado. Lembra fruta verde. Sem muito rastro. No aroma se espera mais que a degustação oferece.

Awesome wine. I knew when choosing a Malbec I wanted one from Mendoza, so I stumbled upon this one in Total Wine. As is the case with Malbecs, they are full bodied and rich. I paired it with a heavy steak as is recommended and it was a great pairing. However, I could not see myself drinking more than a single glass of any Malbec, simply because of the intensity. That’s not to take away from the wine, it was excellent, just a personal preference.

Daniel and I drank it in comparison with another cab sav, and that really highlighted the overly bright/acidic/alcohol forward first note of this wine. This one felt very abrasive in comparison
