Always great négoce juice from Alain Jaume. Dark, dark ruby wine with profound nose of blackberries and cassis. Very deep black fruit on the palate and noticeable tannins. More structure than many CdPs. Moderate alcohol for CdP at 14.5. Acidity is low but not absent. Nicely done.

Drinking with Mom, Dad, and Emily in France at Alain Jaume! Dark red garnet color. Very dry and bright in the nose. Big and quite round. There are notes of spice and orange with it. Quite nice, truly delicious.

I'm becoming a huge fan of CDP! Full bodied, dark ruby color. Blackberry & cassis nose, soft tannins and a pepper finish. Becoming my favorite region in France. #châteauneufdupape #vieuxterron #frenchwine

March 6, 2016. Dinner w/ Jim and Carol. YUM! 90% Grenache, 5% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre. Perfectly aged. Smooth, mellow tannins. Lovely. Wish I had a case of this. Purchased 2013.
