A dry white and tart thing. Not unlike myself.

Certainly not my favorite. This is a fairly tart wine with an unappealing aroma and a bit of effervescence. This came as an offering from a wine club. It is certainly different from most whites that I’ve had. BTW, my preference is reisling. The aroma reminds me of a bad batch of wine that I made once and used too much Potassium Metabisulfite. Even with all this, we will likely finish the bottle.

Unassuming white blend with slight effervescence and lovely acid. Off dry with notes of honeydew and other melons. Slight mineral and chalk. Easy drinking and super cheap.
