Yakima Valley Sangiovese Rosé
Light orange pink in color. Floral and berry fruit leather notes in nose. Cherry note in mouth, strawberry and slight seed bitterness in finish. Relatively simple flavor profile but pleasant, cleanly and intelligently made. Great value.

Aug 26th, 20172020 Vintage - Never bought a wine with a metal cap and cap wrap. Sort of difficult to cut open with traditional cork screw tool.
Wine was complex, with some dry initial taste and more pleasant flavors arrived later. I’m generally a fan of Columbia Valley wines, I guess Yakima area is close enough. 8.6 is fair. Dinner was NY strip, baked potato and steamed broccoli.

Apr 14th, 2020Mmmm, starts with a pleasant fresh cherry, off the tree fresh, with a welcomed too ripe apple bite. A great August evening vino.
Dinner with Tosha and Jared. Fish sauce ribs.
