2023/7/18. This started with a bit of barnyard but it blew off to reveal an arresting country Burgundy. Strawberry and raspberry coulis, cinnamon, basil and shiso, smoked ham, subtle spicy oak…there’s a lot here, but it’s a rollicking fun wine that puts a smile on your face and a smack on your lips.

Off the beaten track burgundy. Fun and enjoyable, but next day it really opened up with so many more layers. Need another bottle now!
