Kind of Spanish muscadet. Textural. Japanese-Spanish woman winemaker, which is very cool.

Flagship wine from this exciting new winery in Alongos in Ribeiro appellation, Bitoku is a blend of 95% Treixadura - Ribeiro’s dominant variety – with 5% Loureira. It takes its name from Bushido’s seven heavenly virtues and the Japanese carp that inhabits the pond at the As Tapadas vineyard where grapes for this wine are sourced. Delicate nose with hints of green pear and floral notes. Fresh, mineral, green apple and lime on the palate and a long, slightly saline finish
