Tammi's Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Such a difference vs the 2016. Smooth, tannins broken down, but almost cloyingly sweet and unbalanced

Dark fruit, bit too much of a fruit bomb for my tastes

Generally speaking these are pretty massive wines. Upon release to my case they’re super overbearing way too much fruit and pack a huge punch but after a couple years in the cellar they do mellow considerably. I think the wine is drinking well now - the nose is expressive, In the middle there’s an elegance to the black fruit that’s presented, tannins are almost completely gone medium finish

Not bad after it opened up.
