Dry, fruity. Deep red coloring. Great pair for red meat. Plum flavor.

Lots of deep fruits. Berries and plums. But with this unmistakable Spanish twang. You can smell it in advance. That smart sour note. It expands into something unique and fun though not entirely desirable. Like a tangy jam on top of the meaty dark fruits.

From La Mancha, Spain. Garnet, almost red-violet color. Cherry cola, elderberry on the nose. Smooth, dark fruit tastes, with an inky texture. Good with a roasted pork loin that I had for Sunday dinner.
