Tart fleshy stone fruit, lemon zest, little bit of funk but mostly early, handfuls of mud after rain. Delicious with raw oysters :)

Such a cool cremant . Yeast on the nose First notes are a little muted lemony and limestone but opens up with this lush white peach melon notes and a bit of grass that is just so good. Great selection from Domestique wine club.
