Established in 1344, Chateau Mt. Redon is one of the oldest wine-producing estates in France and the largest single property in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. The vineyards are planted in the 13 grape varieties of the region. Complex bouquet of fruit aromas and spice. Raspberry flavors with floral nuances adding texture to the wine. Fine tannins with a lingering finish ending with mineral characteristics. Very nice!

Very typical and refined CNP that is very enjoyable if you like the style. I do. Expect perfumes that are delicate yet last long. The tannins are soft but the wine certainly has structure on the palate. I recommend this one. EB

Established in 1344, Chateau Mt. Redon is one of the oldest wine-producing estates in France and the largest single property in Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Light Ruby with aromas of berry fruit, floral scents and bits of graphite. On the palate tart raspberry and strawberry flavors with a citrus tang, nice pronounced mouthfeel. Soft tannins, lingering ending with big mineral character, well done. Outstanding!

Young but very good. Raspberries, floral notes, subtle licorice notes. A bit of earth. Smooth tannins.
