This is what Sylvaner would taste like if Raveneau worked with the variety. It pushes all of my pleasure buttons and can only be considered an overachiever in terms of anyone's reasonable expectations for this variety. Rich and complex but medium bodied, it's got plenty of acidity to support the creamy fruit. Still some aging potential ahead too for those with amore patience than I.
