Found a 5 year old bottle in the local store. This one has the nose & taste of blue cheese & spices I remember but has a more pronounced edge of vinegar finish. Might be past its prime. Almost like alcoholic kombucha.

Tha fuckin god. The goat. Drank with my most beloved friends on our last weekend living in Brooklyn, after aging this bottle (from Joel) for four years. August 3, 2017. Goodbye 650 Franklin.

a fine work. layers upon layers of flavor. squarely sour and imho enhanced with grub. need another few sessions to really describe this thing. #damngood #BFM
