This is a fin Spanish wine, I truly enjoyed the style and would rank it as one the best Spanish wines I enjoyed to date. A combination of old and new, the color is ruby red, nose is complex, full of smoke, leather, coffee, mushrooms, wet earth, and lots of black fruits, body is medium to full, it has robust tannins that will soften over time, a light rust on its yummy finish. My score 88, drink to 2018 (given the rest of the wines I had tonight, I need to revisit and potentially bump the score up)

A decadent pleasurefest for sure. Already comes à la mode straight from the bottle, with a heaping scoop of vanilla that melts your face. Gushes blackberry. It certainly doesn't need complexity to accomplish its goal, but the secondary cherry tobacco, spice box, and orange peel potpourri are a bonus.

Floral violets with red and black fruit. Ripe but balanced with ripe tannin bright acidity.
