Very nice. I get a ton of floral notes and herbs. Hint of lemon and peppercorns. Very dry but with an obvious hop funk on the finish.

Apr 18th, 2020Rare Barrel. Solidarity Forever. Saison in oak barrels with pink boots society hop blend for 2018. Amazing funky saison nose. A lot of flowers, rose, I think a cardamom like flavor, grass/hay, and just a hint of strawberries and cream. I really like this one and drinking well now.
