This is 868 Estate Vineyards 2013 Riesling from Loudon County in Northern Virginia. Grapey, slightly sweet, and a bit funky. I like it. There's just the tiniest bit of fizzy texture on the palate. Lots of peach, talky minerality, and floral aromas jump out from the glass. Medium body and moderately bright acidity lead to a medium (+) finish. This is really a nice and pleasantly enjoyable wine.
