Straw colored, much clearer on white. Sharp aroma of a sour apple hard candy, white flowers, and a bit of rubbing alcohol (very medium abv, though). Light to medium bodied, fairly sweet, quite tart.
Granny Smith apple and strong citrus flavor profile that finish with an acidity that almost gets more intense the more I drink. I like it but I don't love it. It'd pair well with a salad or seafood, probably won't be drinking by itself any time soon.
