California Bourbon Barrel-Aged Chardonnay

Katie: I like it. Um. Tsp tsp tsp. It’s Chardonnay right? It doesn’t have that Chardonnay taste. The smoke and ash is very present. Not quite over powering but almost. You can clearly smell and taste. What, are you writing this down? It’s more apparent than when a red goes through the process. I would drink this again before a regular Chardonnay.
