Bourbon Barrel-Aged California Cabernet Sauvignon

Super fun. I get oodles of berries and vanilla it is warming me on a chilly (in LA terms) spring eve. Maybe it’s power if suggestion but I get this oomph and texture that is in fact reminiscent of Bourbon. I happen to adore bourbon so this is totally chill with me. Mayhaps I should use it to top a New York Sour made with bourbon!
