This is the Claret; 85% Cab Sauv 15% Petit Verdot from Santa Clara Valley. Loads of Cab character with pleasing herbal freshness and a gravelly finish. Tannins and acidity to age but really killer now with a ribeye or burger. #swc#ibrand — 8 years ago
