This Gruet dates back at least to the early 2000s. I was skeptical about its ability to survive, but it ended up being fun. It has lively bubbles and has developed a deep gold-yellow color. The aromas are apples and rich pineapple with something funky going on that brings Brie-on-toasted-brioche to my mind. — 8 years ago

#BrutRosé
This is a fun bubbly. It’s my favorite sparkler out of the #Gruet family. The color is light salmon. The palate has light strawberry and red cherry notes. — 4 years ago
