Real jammy strawberry, mocha, black plum, honeyed toast, cherry cough syrup nose, medium mouthfeel dives into the treacle well with strawberry syrup, black cherry, tart plum and more cocoa. Like a mirror image of the bouquet in a lot of ways. Really a little better than most Cali red wines in this genre. And an interesting blend. Normally I am all over the petit Verdot in a wine, but this time it was ankle deep in the jam.
