Unfortunately on the downside now and the flavors are starting to fade. However, it’s still elegant but we actually decide to pair it with the cheese instead of the big steak which was the right call. No need to decanter, but it took about 30mins in glass/bottle to let its flavors really open, then started to fade. #happynewyear #nye2018 #birthvintage — 6 years ago
