Ready for the cellat, but hard to resist already. The nose was dark and alluring, showing ripe, crushed raspberry, cherry, mulling spices, hints of ripe apple, sweet herbs and minerals. On the palate, I found soft, silky textures with a bump of lively acidity, which added energy to it’s concentrate red fruit and hints of spice. It finished with a coating of red berry, crunchy minerals and inner floral tones. The Millandes is wonderfully balanced, should age well, and is very easy to like. #arlaud — 8 years ago
