Top Notes For
2nd bottle tasted. Broad palate, in contrast to the reds from Ribera Sacra, which I love for their fine toothed small berry charm. Lots of waxed white fruits, like a muted Chenin blanc but we are definitely in Spanish territory. Kinda fascinating, though I feel plainer than its red counterparts from this area. Medium body & acidity.

Aug 23rd, 2022First Ribera white for me-all rounded edges, white flowers & subtle thyme, medium acid. Interesting 2nd fiddle to this maker’s red, & Ribera reds in general
