Drank alongside ‘20 over 4 days. Both had explosive funk on nose immediately after open, as do many tenerife nat wines… ‘19 at first was leaner and saltier, then kinda flabby, then again veered back into a beam of salt and mineral. Not sure if the age did much for this wine, but I thought it was quite enjoyable still with its smoky, brambly herbal palate and rowdy nose. For the $ a great pair w spiced up fish, curries, or even some toro sashimi
