Tonsur Trentino-Alto Adige White Blend

Muller Thurgau, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Chardonnay. Hazy lemon/orange in color. Cider. Orange peel. Candied lemon. Wild yeasts... phenolic bitterness, elevated acid. Med everything.

Fresh pressed citrus on the nose. Lemony, tart, not fresh, but still lively. Gives off more character than would be expected from a wine this light in alcohol. Lingers on marmalade and light clove.
