Shimmering gold in color. Honeycomb, kumquat, quince paste, full-bodied chenin without any RS. 60-80yo wines, oak fermented and aged. Kumquat skin, stony, honeyed - ripe orange and spiced, but not sweet. Viscous. Nice with candied orange and ricotta.
