Rías Baixas Albariño

Deep straw in color. Lemon, grapefruit zest, pear, green apple, saline, stone, and honeysuckle on the nose. Lemon, green apple, and peach on the palate. Sharp acidity that leaves the edges of the tongue watering and the center of the tongue with a prickly sensation. Citrus zest and pith on the finish fades fairly quickly leaving the prickly sensation to linger.
