Wednesday Wine Committee. 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds and 1 dessert wine. Blind as usual.

This was a very down the middle, sound NV champagne. It had soft bruised green apple, some caramelized notes, chalk, limestone and some yeast. This leans more to the savory and rich side than it does the bright and crisp side. I called this NV champagne.
