At 16.1% you would blown away not realizing it. There is a defined Paso stamp. Raisin , syrup, on the nose. Baking spices , nutmeg, toasted almond , and slight hints of eucalyptus permeate. Just a slight hint of acidity. Very balanced Paso.

Let this baby air out a good 10 hours before diving in. The usual black and red fruits, cooking spices, and more Zin / northern Rhône than others from Justin’s lineup. Delightful as always!
