Le Rosé d'Folie Beaujolais Gamay

Lovely nose of cranberries and pomegranates, utterly disappointing on the palate, acidity too soft.

If I’m not in the mood for a peachy-pink Provençal / Bandol rosé this is what I want ... almost a light red, but too delicate to fully go there.

Served chilled but then finished like a red. Eaten with swordfish at L’Etoile in Madison.
