Color of dark purple, looking dense and nice legs. Nose of beautiful aldehyde, ample acidity, currant and dark fruits, a bit minty and spicy, and nose keeps coming. Taste follows the nose with addition of woody barrel note, solid mature tannins, more cedar, just a bit sweet, spice and black pepper, some strawberries, mouthful, full of flavors. Aftertaste is long with repetition of aforementioned notes plus a bit zesty note. Also some warmth. Awesome.
