Kirin-zan Classic Sake. Niigata province. No rice or polish ratio, perhaps futsu-chu or honjozo. Described as light, dry and good to serve at all temps.
Served cold: nose, slightly sharpish mustard seed and white mushrooms. Palate lidlgth medium body, moderate minus acidic, some macadamia nut cream/nutty/sweet tones. Finish short and clean. Good but not great sake.
