Lean, focused, and lithe. Notes of pineapple, lemon zest, and Granny Smith on the nose. Low ABV and no noticeable oak. The wine is very young but certainly approachable with a acidic zing. Medium weight but it gains mouth-feel as it warms to room temp. Simply brilliant!
