Classic TRB style cab.. gets better with time and more air! Nose explodes with dark berries and mild oak! The palate oozes with black and blue berry flavors with a long finish! Tannins are juicy and soft! Fantastic with breaded pork chops and balsamic glazed Brussel sprouts!

Jan 5th, 2019Aih, the problem with expectations. They certainly were high here. I felt it was just slightly under the Rivers-Marie NV. However, I suspect this may need time and aeration, as I Coravin’d it.
