Light yellow gold in color. Musky notes of green apple on the nose with dried pear and hints of honeysuckle. On the palate there is apple, pear, and chalky minerality. The bubbles are small and short lived. Made from a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in Bouzy with 6 g/L dosage and disgorged in 2015.
