This is a serious value from Willamette. Single-vineyard Pinot Blanc with lovely aromatics, purity and vibrancy. Delicate florals and loads of acidity. One of the more elegant whites from Oregon available at this price point. Very Alsatian in character. Ideal shellfish wine.

Pear. Melon. River stone. Grass. Just lovely. I’ve got chicken thighs, Black Forest Ham, asparagus, shiitakes on sauté. Will add Alfredo and pasta to go with. Summer evening
