Interesting aromatic white w high acidity

Surprised to find this lying around The Wine House. Bought three bottles so we’ll see how it feels in a few years. This wild blend was cloudy gold with a considerable amount of effervescence and life. The skin contact shows up a bit in the middle palate and tons of yeast coming at the end. Blind I might have gone with a Belgian Lambic beer to be honest. Lots of love for this one and everything the Tscheppes are doing.

Blend of Grüner, Weissburgunder, Gewürz and Weischriesling. Tech sheet indicates about a 3rd of the grapes had 3 weeks of skin contact. No notes but recall enjoying this quite a bit at RawWine LA.
