Golden straw colored. Nicely balanced on the nose with floral, saline, tart dried apricot notes. Medium bodied with strong acidity balanced by again strong notes of dried fruit (most apricot), light floral and saline flavors. Finishes with a mildly dry acidity. Great with aged Gouda, great value.
