2014v. Light color. This blanc has a lemon aroma. It's very tart on the palette, with lemon/lime citrus, with kind of a chalky mineral finish in the mouth. High acidity. Overall, this could fool me for a chablis. The pairing possibilities are more limited though. I ate it with carbonara and a cheese plate. The lighter body and flavor makes me think this wine would be better suited for simple seafood or maybe chicken. 12.5%
