Beautiful, lemon bars, the best kind with powdered sugar and a sugar cookie crust on the nose. The mouthfeel is smooth and creamy. The finish lasts forever. There is subtle green note underneath, similar to grilled bokchoy. This is tremendous and could probably age a few years longer!
