Les Noisetiers Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Tasted at an amazing restaurant in the wilderness near Hanazono in Hokkaido Japan. Not as buttery and oaky as many Californian Chardonnays I have had in the past. It was rich yet balanced and refreshing with cleansing acid. Great match with Sashimi.

Bananas! Palate lacking. Probably too young

Loved this Chardonnay! Not surprising since I think I've enjoyed every Kistler Chardonnay I've tried. Enjoying at Juniper & Ivy
