Beautiful light cherry color in the glass. Really interesting nose of ripe raspberries, green apples, a touch of burnt wood, and plenty of plums. 53% Pinot and 47% Chardonnay cofermented, there’s no bubbles here but it certainly has an almost elegant mouthfeel. Low alcohol and some really nice acidity happening in this funky blend. The palate follows the nose with plums, orange peels, really bright cherries, and all the raspberry goodness you could want. This is an absolutely stunning pour and I could drink this everyday.
