Served blind in a merlot focused tasting. Wow. Incredible aromas. Deep cacao and vanilla notes. Still some tannin through the finish, which almost brought a mouthwatering desire to drink more. And we could have! Excited to try this again in 10 years.

Barrel Sample. Of the flagship Perse wines, this was the most giving of the bunch. A relative quiet beast that will require time, but will provide amazing pleasure if given the right amount of time. 94-96pts
