Unique wine by a notable producer. I’m finding both Cab Franc and Gamay characteristics here. Floral, herb, earthy and a tad green. Very dark fruit profile but with a very light palate weight. White pepper on the finish. There is a rusticity and delicacy that I enjoy.

Nothing fancy, but a nice daily drinker. Lovely minerality. This vintage seems nicely integrated with less skewed acid.

Pass for me but not a terrible drink.
