2nd bottle this Year & found a different gear: accessible, some mean, fine tannins, wild black currant jam notes, & feral. Fantastic. Still a lighter medium body & less tannic than any Cot or Cahors Ive known So perfect w a tomato based seafood stew.

For 11% alc has surprisingly some density. I want to say its rather pricey for a vin de soif. Like some biodynamic wines feels like more a foil for food or a light entry into other wines than a stand alone sipper.-bright reddish color, similar flavor profile w a bitter edge. This is not your grand mums cab franc/malbec, not for everyone
