Chambertin Clos de Beze Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Concentrated dark red fruit but with a streak of elegant acidity. Takes time opening in the glass, but enjoy the development over 1 hour or so (we had a glass of champagne after half the bottle to give it some additional time).
