Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese

2013を去年に京都のレストランで飲んでの2014。
上品な果実味、シルキーなタンニン、旨味。美味しけど、やはり豊満ながらも上品さのあった13には敵わないというのが、正直なところ。
でも、それもワイン。美味しかった。

甘美なスミレの香りに滑らかで綺麗な酸と旨味。ミネラル感、ヨード。
凝縮した果実ではなく、旨味とピュアさ、鮮やかさに満ち溢れたワイン。
いつまでも飲んでいたくなる。

Beautiful Brunello! Enjoying it with meatballs and bolognese. Very enjoyable .... little bit of spice!

Authentic set of aromas, expansive and radiant, integrated and transparent. No forced flavors and not over-polished. Harmonious and fine. 2014 vintage is about clarity and definition.
